The "Achikekuli Volcano" also called
Ashikuli Volcauno, locate in of Kunlun Group mountain's peaks
which is 116 kilometers south of Kriya County .This is the
big most young volcano on land of our country, still breaking
out on May 27 in 1951.4923 meters of the volcano elevation.The
volcanic crater diameter is about 100 meters.On all sides
all for present the volcano molten lava and volcano ashs of
the ash black.In the center of it there is only short plant
who named camel-hair plant ,but no other green lifes.
In the north of the "Achikekuli Volcano, still spread
to another 4 volcanoes which elevation is more than 4,000
meter.Shape volcano community.There are three high mountain
lakes :The Akchikuli Lake,Ulugh kuli Lake and Ulayinkuli Lake
.These lakes all present the long form, the color of water
is blue such as the jade, pouring to reflect the Ice peak
, landscape magic.
From the volcano again go 20 kilometers to south line, arrive
the Atampasha that 5,000 meters elevation .There is a fortress
which built 8-9 centuries.It grips a throat, can the south
arrive Tibet, north to Hotan . |
